Play the 2 card royal draw of TQ or JQ suited if your other two inside st.
cards are 89 or AK and the 5th card is not a st. pen or a flu. pen. to the
two cd. royal.
Example: From 8c 9d Th Qh 5s, hold TQ
If you change the 5s to 5h, making it a flu. pen., then you would hold the
inside st..
If your two other ins. st. cards to TQ or JQ are 8T, 8J, or 9K, always hold
the 4 cd. ins. st. draw.
Example: 8c Td Jh Qh 4s, hold 8TJQ.

Don't forget about the hands in which the queen isn't included in the
straight draw. QTs976 depends on a flush penalty and QTs876 doesn't.
