Karen's correct; there are no bonuses paid for natural hands in
standard deuces.
However, there is another variant, Bonus Deuces, which does pay a
bonus on a natural 4K/SF. The "full pay" paytable has a ER of 100.32%

I did not hit it, but about 6 months ago someone (I believe a poster
here) hit the $ACES progressive at the Edgewater in Laughlin for
$75,757 on a dollar machine. The highest progressive I have seen on a
quarter machine was $6100 on a 10's or better bank at the Lakeside
Inn Lake Tahoe. I know some of those sequntial royal progressives can
get huge.

That is one heck of a nice progressive on a $1 machine.
My best progressive story wasn't my win, and wasn't VP, but was
nonetheless quite exciting. A few years back, I was at a wedding in
Michigan, and while I was playing Caribbean Stud at one of the
casinos there, a guy from Ohio sitting two chairs from me got dealt
the Royal and won something like $240,000.

Was that at Palace Station? My son told me he tried (but failed) to
hit a RF there a few days ago on a $1 game, at about $11,500. He
told me he played an 8/5 DDBP game, Ev about 101.5%, Variance 187.

I'm sure we can all remember past machines. A Few years ago, the River Palms in Laughlin NV had two deuces machines with extra payouts for the natural hands. They were identified only as Deuces not bonus deuces machines. They were just over 102%. My wife hit a royal on one of these and I got the deuces. The word "DEUCES" was displayed in multicolors for the individual letters. They also had lower screen resolution for the cards and paytable.

Lake Tahoe has had the highest 25¢ royal flushes (regular, not
sequential or dealt) that I know of. Harvey's used to have 5% meters
on a few tens or better progressive banks and a deuces wild bank.
They'd get up to $13,000 or $14,000 every so often. The 5¢ version
got hit for over $2700 once and the $1 versions got over $40,000 a few
times. I once hit a $1 in Atlantic City for over $36,000. That only
had a 3% meter.
