I don't have Frugal yet so not sure how a paytable change
function works in this situation, but .07% is close enough to
my .10% figure that I got from tracking my cost of errors in
WinPoker sessions where I was making no other errors. But,
hmm, maybe enough difference to go back to the non-hold
strategy... 
Also, I think the percent sign threw you off, I think we're
looking at more like a $1/hr. difference, instead of 1 cent /
hr...
Still no biggie though.
Compare to how much $ / hr. you'd lose playing JB and not
holding your low pairs! Now that would be a cause for
concern.
