I may be able to help you some.
You will be able to find the location of the FPDW machines by looking at the database that is located on the site where you found this forum. Each of the casinos has only about 10-20 machines so you need to be flexible as to your starting time each day. If you expect to be able to walk up at prime time during the day/early evening, you may not be able to get a seat.
Of the four casinos that you mention, there is a large geographic distance. From the Silverton to the Cannery can easily be a 45 minute drive if not longer.
Even though FPDW is a positive game, it also has an ugly side. If you do not hit the deuces or a royal, you most likely will have a significant loss. Thus, I suggest that you increase your bankroll by about 20% to cover a bad run of no deuces or a royal.
You do not mention whether comps are important to you and how often you will be going to Las Vegas. But want to warn you not to expect any comps above the basic points that you earn unless you experience a loss. Also, do not expect much in the way of mailed offers either if you limit your play to FPDW and the locals casinos.
I have experience with all the casinos you mention except Silverton. All of them are fine and offer acceptable rooms and food. The FPDW at the Palms is a progressive which is nice but which also means that they get heavy play and you may have to wait to get a seat especially during "prime" time. I like the Cannery although they recently cut their cashback but they do offer a program called "Neighborhood Partners" on Sundays and sometimes an additional day where you can obtain gift cards in lieu of cashback at a higher rate than their normal cashback. (You should look at their webpage to get exact dates that they offer this on.) The two negatives about the Cannery are distance from the Strip and if the FPDW machines are taken then your next option is Bonus Poker which is not that appealing to me.
The one casino that you do not mention is Gold Coast. Gold Coast has dependable rooms and food (not the Ballagio or Wynn but acceptable) and is near the Strip. They have not only FPDW but plentiful NSUD that you can get on if the FPDW are taken. If you are going to Las Vegas frequently, they offer a tiered slot club where you could easily reach the middle level and get some extra benefit for your play.
Whatever you decide, I suggest that you limit your play to one or two casinos at most. Make one your primary casino and one a secondary casino so you can compare benefits and establish a relationship (even though most likely you will not get any mail from them, it is still helpful to have a playing history).
You might also want to explore what each casino offers as to cashback/comps so you can maximize the return in relationship to your needs.
Good luck.
