HOW CLOSE TO A CLASS III MACHINE CAN THIS BE IF IT IS BASED ON BINGO?
I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT REGULAR SLOTS CAN BE CLOSE TO CLASS III MACHINES
IN PLAY AND RETURN BUT WHAT IS THE EFFECT ON VIDEO POKER GAMES. THERE
WERE MACHINES WITH THE 9/6 PAY TABLE DISPLAYED BUT I CAN'T BELIEVE THE
RETURN OR STATEGY IS NOT DIFFERENT THEN CLASS III MACHINES.

Greetings from Oklahoma, the state with more casinos than any other state.

All of them are run by independent native-american sovereign nations.
There is no regulation of health department issues, appeals, ... The
do issue a 1099 when you win $1,200 and more.

Some of the VP machines here display the full pay paytable, but the
RNG isn't in each machine, it's a central casino RNG so the tribe may
control the pay-out. Once you finish the draw, your electronic bingo
card determines the pay-out.

Some are RNG independent, just short pay at 8-5.

There is no strategy for playing a "JOB 9/6" which is governed by a
random bingo game, it's not luck, it may be short term positive
variance, or short term negative variance.

Needless to say we avoid the bingo casinos. There's no regulation, no
disputes, no health department safety. They do what they want. We
find them similar to Seinfields Soup Nazi.
