I stopped at Foxwoods this morning (to redeem my weekly coupons) on
my way to MS ;-). They have a very large area near the Subway roped
off. It appears that they are installing 6 or so rows of back-to-back
nickel video machines (Pompeii, etc.). They have moved the video
poker inventory down toward the bingo hall replacing a lot of the
quarter reel slots. I do not know if the quantity of VP machines
changed; just that they are now displaced from their original
position. I did not notice whether the triple play machines had been
moved - sorry. The slot techs were working on the VP machines but I
could not see what they were doing becuase they were closer to the
far wall than the aisle.
The row of flat-top (50-cent and dollar) VP did not appear to be
changed and the machines were up and running - not that it matters
because the pay tables are not that great...
