Foxwoods trip record

Does anyone know if redeeming points creates a trip at foxwoods?. I took an offer there 2 day points instead
of free play because I did not want to get tripped with no play.

Email this morning. Wish they had offered a little FSP…

"I am sure that you have seen the news that Mohegan Sun is working with Suffolk Downs and the City of Revere on a spectacular destination resort casino proposal. We are very excited about this opportunity to partner with this historic racetrack and community fixture in the Boston area since 1935.

As a Mohegan Sun Momentum member we want to update you on our progress and invite you to be a part of this effort. Click HERE to join Friends of Mohegan Sun. We’ve created this Revere-based group to receive input and share information with local residents, future employees and small business partners, and community organizations.

Our new destination resort casino will generate over 2,500 construction and 4,000 permanent jobs, new opportunities for small businesses, local infrastructure and road improvements, and additional economic development and tourism to benefit the entire region. We are beyond excited about the possibilities and invite you to be a part of this effort.

Mohegan Sun Momentum members, who have experienced our destination resorts in Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Atlantic City, will have a new opportunity to use points, close to home, at this new property at Suffolk Downs. And, in a first-of-its-kind program, once our Suffolk Downs project is complete Momentum members will be able to redeem their points at participating Revere area businesses - a new benefit virtually unprecedented in the industry that will boost local businesses and deliver more ways for our loyal guests to redeem points.

Mohegan Sun is working around the clock on plans for the Suffolk Downs project, and submitted an application to the Massachusetts Gaming Commission at the end of 2013. The support of Revere and communities throughout the area has been amazing, and we look forward to further conversation with our loyal guests as we work to deliver the very best to you.

Sincerely,

While this has never been positively confirmed to me, obviously if you accepted any one of the “choices”, they have your card being present and a freebie being accepted.

What this will do to their attitude, either in the short or long term, is probably minimal, if you gave them some play on the day before. I’ve not encountered any negative reaction to accepting an offer on getaway day when I’ve given them my normal play for one, or more usually two, days before. But just showing up for an offer and bailing must inevitably cause a detrimental effect on future offers.

I haven’t gotten the feeling that either Mohegan or Foxwoods pays as much attention to a daily “trip” on the card when part of a longer stay as the folks at CET seem to do. (Or did when I used to play in
AC)
