Overview - Play Slots Get Cash
What is the Play Slots Get Cash program?
Play Slots Get Cash is a new feature of the Wampum Rewards program.
This program is only available for patrons who play slot machines
and can be earned and redeemed on the same day. You can also let
your balance grow and redeem it in any amount $5.00 or more on a
later trip.
Play Slots Get Cash allows you to redeem up to half of the Wampum
Rewards Points you earn playing slot machines for cash. For
example, if you earned 20 Wampum Rewards Points playing slot
machines you could redeem up to 10 of those points for $5 cash, 1
Wampum Rewards Point equals $.50 in cash.
How do I participate?
Starting June 1, 2006 at 12pm, play any slot machine with your
Wampum Rewards Card inserted into the card reader. Make sure the
card is inserted correctly into the card reader. Your existing
Wampum Rewards Card is already set up for this new feature. There
are no forms to sign and you do not need a new card to participate.
You will continue to earn 1 Wampum Rewards Point for every $90 coin
in on any slot machine with the exception of video poker. On Video
Poker you earn 1 Wampum Rewards Point for every $140 of coin in.
What about my Wampum Rewards Points earned prior to June 1st?
Wampum Reward Points earned prior to 12pm on June 1, 2006 can be
redeemed for all of the excellent rewards currently available but
can not be redeemed for cash. Please remember that Wampum Rewards
Points expire 12 months after your last trip playing with your
Wampum Rewards Card.
What Wampum Rewards Points can be redeemed for cash?
Only Wampum Reward Points earned starting June 1, 2006 at 12pm while
playing a slot machine are eligible to be redeemed for cash.
Points earned while playing Table Games, Poker, Keno, Bingo, Pull
Tabs or Race Book are not eligible to be redeemed as cash.
How do I find out my Play Slots Get Cash balance?
You can obtain your Wampum Reward Point balance and available cash
by swiping your Wampum Rewards Card at any Wampum Rewards Kiosk or
by stopping by any Wampum Rewards location. You my also obtain your
balance by visiting foxwoods.com and signing in with your Wampum
Rewards account number and PIN.
How do I get my available cash?
Simply take your Wampum Rewards Card to any Wampum Rewards location
to redeem any eligible Wampum Rewards Points for cash. You will
need a PIN to complete your cash redemption. Your PIN may be
established by taking your Wampum Rewards Card and valid
identification to any Cashier's Cage. If you forget your PIN just
visit any Cashier's Cage with our Wampum Rewards Card and valid
identification to reset your PIN. Your PIN or personal
identification number is used to verify your identity when redeeming
your points for cash and should not be shared with anyone.
You may take the Play Slots Get Cash ticket you receive and insert
it into any slot machine to play the Cash Back you have received.
If you want to redeem your Cash Back ticket for currency just insert
the Cash Back ticket into any self service ticket redemption kiosk
or present it at any Coin Cage for redemption. Remember, Cash Back
tickets expire 240 days after being issued and can not be replaced
if lost.
What if I don't want to use my points earned on slot machines for
Cash Back?
The choice is yours! You can continue to redeem all of your Wampum
Rewards Points earned playing slot machines for shopping, overnight
stays, tickets for shows, dining, bus tickets, bingo admissions, spa
services or any of the other fantastic ways you currently redeem
your points.
