I finished playing for dbl points for month of May -- don't plan to
be back until next dbl points; but was given some info on the lounges.
Unlike Mohegan Sun where the 3 lounges on the floor (but not the one
in the hotel) are essentially equal and getting into one gets you into
the others, each lounge at Foxwoods has varying requirements. The
easiest one to get into is called "Player's Club" in the high limit
slot area in Great Cedar (back left of room). I was originally told
by a host that $3000 of VP play would get me in. On a day with $3150
in play I was told that it wasn't quite enough, that I needed closer
to $5000, but that they would let me in anyway this time. (Probably
the true figure is about $4000.) The next two that are moderately
difficult are the lounges on the 8th floor of Great Cedar and the
21st floor of Grand Pequot. And the most difficult is the lounge in
Club Newport (by entrance on left) and the one in the high limit slot
area in Grand Pequot (slightly hidden on right) just for slot/VP
players.
