Thanks for the brain time. This all seems to be an academic exercise even if
all qualifying combos count. The Pioneer has been offering Card of the Day
type days for years now.

For October they are alternating COD with this Royal Scare promo starting Oct
11th. A 125 coin bonus every 5,500 hands works for me for .45% (5.9%/13)
premium, with a $125 as the max.

It just bugs me when I can't ballpark a promo's value, like when you can't
guess how many total chances there are with electronic drawings or when a
drawing drum is not clear plastic.
