It looks like on certain days the casino will post one of the 20 cards
that can be used to make a RF. Lets assume they pick the Ace of spades.
If you are dealt the TJQK of spades and catch the Ace... then you
collect the bonus. Here is the link to the promo description:

Well that would be the worst case scenario and practically worthless for a
promo.
I am hoping that you can start with any dealt hand and then end up with four
to a royal after completion, and the posted card fills in for some cash. It
appears $25 for a quarter game and running up to $500 for a $5 game.
I am really hoping that the suit will not matter too.
But my original question to actually put a ballpark value on the promo is how
often do we end up with four to a royal in general. My guess would be in the
frequency of any quad playing Jacks or Better, maybe every 400-500 hands.
This is a pure guess based on historical royal scares versus quads.
Unlike adding some value to a paying hand like a "Card of the Day" or "Added
Cash for a Royal" where changing values on a software program (Winpoker) is
easy to do, a "Four to a Royal" kind of promo needs some obscure stats.
