card draw. It was the 4RF first appearance in one and one half hours play at a
800-100 hph rate .
My question is how often can you expect to see a 4 to a Royal in any given
session at my rate of play?

2598960/(47*5*4) = approximately 2765. So, at your rate of play you
should see a dealt 4 RF approximately every 3 hours.
2598960 = number of possible dealt hands in JB (52 C 5).
47 = number of cards to go with 4RF (it's really 48 but one is the
RF).
5 = number of possible 4RF combos in each suit (one of the 5 cards is
missing).
4 = number of suits.
