The exact thing happened to me last night at the Orleans on their
triple-play nickel progressives. Held a 4-flush diamonds and drew
the 8 of spades on each line. I never played on that bank before
last night.

This will happen once in about every 2200 4-flush holds. Not exactly
Megabucks odds.
If you then look at all the other opportunities that potentially can
result in an extraordinary draw and I suspect that you're looking at a
situation that may very well have a frequency akin to 4 Aces.
Now take into account the fact that random events aren't dispersed
evenly but instead tend to occur in groupings and it becomes apparent
how some people will have machine sessions that seem highly improbable
unless the machine was "fixed".
