I disagree. You can ask for 0.00000001% accuracy, but the
statistician can't tell you anything _meaningful_ to greater accuracy
than about 0.17% for a ten million hand sample.

Maybe my terminology is wrong as I am not a mathematican. Perhaps it is
percent certainty? I was attempting to say the number of SD's. If I ask for a
six SD's or whatever corresponds to .00000001%, there is some (large) range
of results which follow. It might be plus/minus 50% of the ten million but
there is SOME correct answer. Yes?
