Food in Greektown

If you want a good basic coffee shop, Plaka's on Monroe fits the bill. Right across the street, just North of Greektown. On Brush, there's Nikki's for Pizza and Loco's for Mexican.

Also on Monroe are a bunch of Greek restaurants. People argue about which is the best. You probably have 15 eateries within a block or 2 of greektown.

Thanks for the info. If you were to eat at one of the
Greek restaurants, where would you go?

I have gotten disappointed in Grapevine, the food is fair but the service has gone way down hill.

We have been eating at the grapevine because of the convenience based
on our time constraint. We usually order the SOB(1# hamburger with the
works). Service is spotty at best. That is why I am looking at
alternatives.
