Food at Rama

Albert:

We are also at the platinum level. Based on the nature of your play
that you outlined, I would guess that you have a very substantial
meal account available to you.

They will never tell you how much you have. However, you can kind of
gauge it by asking for dinner for two on one card only, and "reading"
the response. A "no problem" type of answer obviously means there is
lots of room on that card ( and you have at least that much on the
other as well).

In the off-season (which should be ending soon), one of the two
higher end restaurants is usually closed on the slower days.

At present, I believe Rinaldo's is closed Sundays and Mondays, while
St. Germains is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Having said that, I don't know how last Sunday could be considered a
slower day there. The place was a zoo.

Neil: My wife and I both play on my account. I agree with your observations as to crowds. We were up there last month on a Saturday night and I swore I would never go up there on a Saturday again. The crowds were unbelievable. I hate crowds and will be a midweek visitor from now on. I'm surprised they haven't started a major expansion there, I'm sure it would make money.

Regards
A.P.
