Flying to West Wendover

I am taking a charter flight to West Wendover, Nevada next weekend.
There are five or six casino/hotels in Wendover, mostly owned/operated
by the Peppermill out of Reno.

How's the Video Poker there? I checked the VP index, but it may be a
bit out of date. My guess is the casinos are similar in paytables to
Reno. Does anybody have any additional info on the casinos?

Thanks, Geo

I was there in mid december. 9/6 vp. was playing 25 qtrs and hit 2 royal flushes for $5,000 each. Both on Monday the 11th. one at 8:27 A.M and the other at 8:25 P.M. would have been nice on the next day as the 12th was my wifes B=day.

Ended up getting about $500 in comps for the 3 days were were there.

Needless to say we had a great time.

May want to upgrade. cost us $30 per day to get a nice suite.

  Enjoy!!!

The best games in the Peppermill casinos in Wendover are NSUD followed
by 9/6 Jacks. Comp runs .5% plus .25% gift shop. When you reach the
gold level card you can mix and match comp and gift shop. You won't
have any trouble finding the above games. They are everywhere and at
every denom up through $5 including 3/P, 5/P.

Any comp left over can be used toward payment on future flights. The
best standard rooms are at Montego Bay followed by the Rainbow with
Peppermill coming in third. But for the suites I prefer the Rainbow.
