Basically, once a flush was hit a certain amount of
times, the Flush Attack was activated. 125 coins was
paid to the person that hit the next flush. If you
were "whoring" the game, you held a pat flush and waited
until the bonus was activated and then hit your draw
button. Easy money.

Flush Attack wasn't made by IGT. Bjaygold already gave the
correct answer that Flush Attack was made by Sigma.
