Does the State of Florida have something like a Casino Control Commission?

Since there are no 'casinos' there is no commission to 'control' them.
The alleged casinos in Florida are nothing more than Vegas style adult
arcades.

Since I'm a big Vegas fan, my friends here in Ft. Lauderdale assume I
frequent the Indian casinos. They are surprised to learn that I've
never been to them and I briefly explain why (class II vs Class III as
well as no regulation or reporting requirements). I have been out on
the boats which do offer gaming comparable to the strip. We were
supposed have class III on land here (in Broward County) by July 1,
2005 but the incompetent and negligent state government not done their
job as they were ordered to.
