Flight Information

Just received a short unique letter (more like a flyer) from
Harrahs Laughlin. It just said "Hello From Harrahs Laughlin!"
"Just a quick not to let you know we have a flight from" and it
listed:

Mesa 10/12/06 Thru 10/15/06
Mesa 11/19/06 Thru 11/22/06
Mesa 12/26/06 Thru 12/29/06
Tucson 10/15/06 Thru 10/18/06
Tucson 11/16/06 Thru 11/19/06
Tucson 12/29/06 Thru 1/1/07

(Notice only the last Tucson dates is longer that 4 days.

Those dates were followed with: "Please call me at (an 800 number
with and ext) so I can reserve your spot now!"

It concluded with "Your Personal Casiono Host" Helen Schmidt.

I have never been told I had a personal casino host, nor have I
ever asked if I had one. At times I have been upgraded to a suite
at checkin, but a suite has never been requested when making a
reservation or when checking in.

I guess this might be my personal host. The letter did not seem
too personal since Tucson flights obviously would not be relevant
and the letter not personally signed.

Has anyone ever received this offer or letter? There is no mention
of comped fares or rooms. Maybe, based upon my recent treatment
received at Harrahs Laughlin, this might all be comped. Does
anyone know? I could call but, since my wife is a teacher, I do
not think any dates will work out. We are staying five nights
over New Years at Caesars Palace so the Christmas vacation dates
also are not useful. Just curious, I do not want to call to ask
when I cannot accept even if it is all comped.

It sounds similar to the Harrah's junket offer we received this spring.
Ours was for comped airfare (out of Chicago) and hotel, though I believe
some of the folks we traveled with did pay. Our offer was based solely on
my previous Caesars LV play as I had almost zero Harrah's play.

As a follow up to our June trip to Harrah's Laughlin, I did get an E mail
from a host a month or so afterward with a list of several junket flights in
our area through NYE. I was curious whether our action would merit another
flight. It did. We gave them approximately 50K CI. We booked another trip
between Christmas and NYE.
