Flat Screen TV Offer at Rampart

During January, Rampart has a promotion for purchasing a flat screen
TV using comp points. The choices are:
7" FSTV with DVD - 16 tech tickets
15" FSTV with DVD - 26 tech tickets
27" FS LCD TV - 64 tech tickets
32" FS LCD TV - 83 tech tickets
42" FS LCD TV - 165 tech tickets

300 slot points = 1 tech ticket.
You must earn and redeem teck tickets the same day, on Sunday or Monday
in January. Max is 6 tech tickets per day (1800 slot points).

Now, this all makes sense except how can anyone earn 83 or 165 tech
tickets in January? There are 9 Sundays and Mondays in January. 9
times 6 = 54 ... not enough tech tickets for the 32" or 42" units.
So, unless I misunderstand this, two people must join forces, and even
then 108 tech points won't get the 42" unit. I guess three people
would need to join forces. There is a mention of "Neighborhood
Partner" days ... but no details. That may be the solution. It will
take a combination of 9 Sundays/Mondays and 19 Neighborhood Partner
days for one person to earn 165 points.

cannery also had the tech tickets the last couple months...they don't
seem like a great deal as you can just accumulat walmart or best buy
cards and get similar equipment...

It's been going on for 2 or 3 months already, at both the Cannery and
Rampart.
