FLASH!! VP Pappy hits the lottery for $21,000

Who needs video poker? I'm going to become a professional lottery
player from now on. I just hit for TWENTY-ONE GRAND!!!!

   Here in Michigan, one of the lottery games is called WINFALL. It
starts at $2.0 million and continues to go up, if no one hits it,
until it reaches $5.0 million, then if nobody hits that, the money
rolls down to the lower winners. I was lucky enough to hit a five
spot and two three spot tickets.(I bought 200 tickets) for a total
of $21,022.

   Hey, Jean and Brad,

    Drinks are on me the next time we meet at Windsor Casino in May.

   "Lottery: The equivalent of betting that the next Pope will be
from Duluth, or that the parrot in the pet-store window speaks
Flemish."
