Five Play Multi Strike?
Yes there is. I have seen it at Sam's Town. I have seen it in other casinos, but I don't recall for sure which ones, best guess is Caesars and Boulder St.

I played some (5) - play Multi Strike at Fiesta Henderson last week.
I believe you could select 5c, 10c or 25c for your betting unit.
