4. What does the LIFO mean after the comps info on the Peppermill
database page? (couldn't find it in the glossary)

******
LIFO and FIFO are acronyms for Last In First Out and First In First Out. I
learned these terms when learning computereeze, the jargon of computer
programming.

Now some casinos use a strange method of banking your comps. Instead of a
straightforward way of banking them forever as long as you play once in awhile
(HET every six months) they use a FIFO system.

You lose your comps that you earned on date X after a certain amount of time
has passed Y. You need to keep using up your comp balance. Don't sit on them.

I am not sure how things are done at the Peppermill.

A couple of FIFO comp systems are the ACE card (Strat, AZ Charlies, Aquarius)
and the Trop Express in Laughlin where Y=13 months. Your comp balance will
decay with the old ones vanishing. Use them or lose them.

**************
It's
