I just came back from Vegas and also stayed at the Nugget. I found
the 4 Queens, Main Street, and California Casinos the most productive
for me. I played 10/7 DB and 9/6 JOB, and had reasonable success.
You can also grab the free shuttle to Sams Town (bus stop is on side
of Fitzgeralds just off Fremont Street) and try their FPDW machines -
which is a fun game. Hope you have a great time!
