I play decent stakes and am looking to generate some offers. Do the 9/6 jacks or better generate solid offers or would I be better off playing machines where the best game does not include 9/6 Jacks. Any help is appreciated. From other posts it appears Foxwoods is definitely better than Mohegan Sun for offers. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks!
First Trip to Foxwoods
Virtually all the VP machines at the non-MGM casinos at Foxwoods have multiple games, multiple denominations on them, for example (from VPFree2 database)
(12 machines) $1, $2, $5 5-25 Coins
1 Play
Up Great Cedar Casino, next to slots and employee exit
99.11% DB
98.98% DDB
98.48% BP
98.44% JW
98.15% TDB
(6) $1, $2, $5 5-25 Coins
1 Play
Slant Grand Pequot (near elevator glass)
99.54% JoB
99.11% DB
98.98% DDB
98.48% BP
98.44% JW
98.15% TDB
These are but 2 of many multi-machine examples. You need to watch the pay tables, however, as some machines were recently changed from needing 10 or 25 coins for the full pay RF's down to 5, and on these machines DDB pays 9/6. Some other machines which always needed just 5 for the FPRF still have the old 9/5 pay table on DDB.
What, if any difference in offers there might be on any given machine, I haven't discovered. But from experience, the same amount of coin-in play at Foxwoods seems to generate 3-4 times the amount of free play that Mohegan has sunk to. On those machines that give any points at all, that is. All the decent FP machines at the Sun now give no points, and apparently no offers, either, although they did, I believe say at one point that there would be offers attached to them.
I'd check out the VPFree2 database for a full listing of interesting machines.

Be patient.
It can take up to 3 months to see full offers...
If you cross the daily loss/win amount ($5k ?) they are supposed to give you some immediate benefits... but ymmv.
Comped rooms/events for wekends sell out in advance, so don't be suprised if you can't use yours at first...
