Why is nobody suggesting Sam's Town for this person's first trip? I've always had good luck there, they have a tremendous selection of full-pay machines, service is great, my host (Rebecca) is wonderful, and you can eat movie-theater popcorn while you play! How can you beat that?!
It's not fancy by any stretch, but if you just want to play VP, Sam's Town is always my suggestion unless someone knows something I don't (but obviously should!)
