Remember-- if you are at Harrahs you are away from everything else.

Thanks for the responses, yes we will have a car and we will be playing video poker and blackjack for a while each day, I am sure that my wife will hit the pool a time or two. Daytime activities and sights, restaurants worth going to, best place to gamble...The idea about taking the river taxi and walking back sounds like a nice way to check things out...

What types of things do you enjoy?

I don't know about can't miss opportunities but...

Auto museum at Riverside
There is the Blues and Brews festival at CB April 10-12
Outlet mall
Free train ride at TE

I'd take the river taxi from Harrah's to Riverside and walk back through
all the casinos along the river walk to the River Palms then hop on the
river taxi back to Harrah's.

can't miss opportunities to share. We are staying at Harrah's for 3 days. Thanks
