Finding Machines

Went to Harrah's Reno. The 9/6 10 coin quarter machines
(bank of 6 red) are beside the bar on the way to the East tower
elevators sitting at the machines back to elevator looking directly across
at a 90 degree are the blue multi denom multi game with $1,2,5 9/6 Job.
Knowing the casino had 9/6 jacks it took me to the end of my second
day to find them. This has pretty much been my problem over the years
being a diabetic I have a great natural ability to look dazed trying to check
out what the paytables at the bar "I got a frosty Can I help you"from the
bartender before i even got close to the bar my reply "of just looking"got
my embarrassed wife to hurry me off.Could really use any advice on
how others scout videopoker in a casino especially from those who
can get lost in any casino that is not square.
                                  Thanks Dave

This IS a problem. I was once hauled into a security office because I
was checking so many machines that they thought I was cashing out
coins. When I once stopped at valet parking real quick to check one
thing and was asked what I was doing, I said I was going to "look at
something." That was definitely too honest. A security guard gave me
a VERY funny look. "Just looking" works for me at bars, but I
wouldn't use it too much. Past a certain point, asking someone where
the machines are is probably better.
