More "progress" comes to the strip as they prepare to dust this place as well. You don't think Harrahs bought the place to leave it alone? They now own on that block Flamingo, BC, Harrahs and Imperial Palace. Across the street they have Caesars, and Bally's/Paris on the other corner. I'm sure they have plans for the BC property.
