Fiesta Rancho

When I presented the postcard offering to redeem 60,000 old points for $100 on Sunday, the boothling told me that $100 was the maximum, and I confirmed that was what I wanted. After typing on the computer, she told me it was all set and on my players card. When I got to the machine, it said I had $50 in free play, so I went back to the same boothling, and she said she had told me the maximum was $50 for Macho cardholders (she positively and distinctly had told me it was $100 the first time when I handed her my Macho players card). I asked to see the postcard to see if I had missed the words "UP TO $100", but when she found mine among the stack, it was very clear that it was $100 for 60,000 points. She then told me it was a "computer glitch", so I asked to see a supervisor, who repeated the "computer glitch" story three more times.

Did anyone else have this problem, or did anyone actually get the $100?

I presented my El Presidente card in Henderson and received $100. But when I
was there yesterday for a movie and standing in the Macho/presidente line,
they told me I am only Compadre now. In actuality I should have been
downgraded to Macho sometime in July. They agree about "should be macho" but
computer right now has me at compadre - they are looking into it.

So at the time I got my $100, even though I showed them a presidente card, I
was compadre in the computer while my "proper" status should have been
macho.

Does that help?

My husband and I only got $20 each for our postcards. Jane kept saying
there are signs all over the casino explaining that it was a computer
glitch. I did not see one sign that morning. All she did was apologized.

When I arrived at Fiesta HENDERSON, I was standing in line, and later
noticed a large sign which explained that for Macho's it was
30,000=$50--a misprint on their part, which you cannot dispute.
