These games were changed back to 9/6 on 11/22 but will now be
half points just like the rest of the full pay games at Fiesta.
According to the slot manager, all games over 99% will now be
half points.
He also said that the tirple play NSU that were downgraded will be
put back, with half points.
Just another effort to squeeze out the skilled players at Stations
by upper management. Rumer has it the Stations head honcho Lorrenzo
was there Tuesday for some meetings.

I find this to be a very acceptable compromise...

I don't. The comp rate at Stations/Fiesta sucks as it is at .167%.
Requiring twice the action on 100% games was bad enough. Now doing it
on 99% games makes it even worse making the comp rate .0835% is
pathetic, positive games or not.
Save me the lecture on multipoint days, free play and bounce back
mailers. Us out of towners don't get those.

I agree that for non Las Vegas residents, the half points sure don't
add up to much. And if I were an out of towner, I certainly would not
spend much time in the Fiesta Rancho.
But I would venture a guess that 99% of the gaming dollars played at
the Fiesta Rancho are from locals, and one must calculate the total
return when deciding where to play...and for locals that includes all
the stuff you mentioned...and more.
IMHO, keeping the positive play is paramount...and I will continue to
give the Fiesta Rancho the opportunity to try and reduce my bankroll.
