Fiesta comp clarification

I'm a frequent visitor soon to be a local who has never played at either of the Fiestas. Could someone indulge me and give me a fairly comprehensive rundown of the slot club benefits? Are the 1000 points for $1 of gas at Rebel gas stations in addition to the regular comp point accrual, or is this just a way you can redeem your regular comp points? What are the other 'pseudo-cash' ways you can redeem your points (movies, bowling, etc.)?

The best thing about Fiesta points is that there are many 5x point
days and they can be redeemed for gasoline at $1 per 1000 points. As
a fast player, on 5x days, you can earn 5000 points an hour at 25c
machines. For travel, they require 1400 points per $1, so I use
Fiesta points at Stations (to eat with) as those points offer travel
for either 1000 or 1200 points per $1.
They can also be used to play Bingo (or so I am told)
