To follow up, Fiesta has credited my account, on their own
initiative, double the points I earned at the $8/1 ratio, thereby
honoring the $4/1 language on the red signs.
Haven't played there since the $8/1 experience, so I don't
know if they're doing $4/1 in real time now.
