Fast Play, now available at the Las Vegas Coast Casinos, means you can redeem your points for free play right at a machine.

Reading that post by John D. I believe you could cash it out right away without playing since Coast lets you cash out $1 for every 1000 points. Just saves you a trip to the booth and cashier.
