I got my fan at Walmart automotive. It uses a D cell battery. Las night at
Palms, a cigar smoker sat down next to me, and in spite of the fan, I started
wheezing and moaned "Oh no......" The gentleman immediatly put out the
stogie and apologized!!!! It has been my experience, that men will be
gentlemen about this issue, but almost every last woman smoker is militant
and rude and mouthy too boot. By the way, Stan got his second Royal on Joker
Poker last night, second royal since we arrived November 6th. I have one
paying Royal since April and none since November 6th except a VP tournament
Royal that paid $75, a Sony CD Player and nice duffle bag.
Shirl from Ohio now in Las Vegas and looking for a $1000 paying Royal.

My experience has been polite and rude smokers run about even on the male-female lines.
   I was playing blackjack at the Hard Rock a few years ago, when some young (male) punk smoking a stinky cigar stood behind me to watch the game. He wasn't even playing. I politely asked him to step back a few feet with the cigar. He got all huffy and went into a tirade about how all the anti-smoking activists were restricting his "right" to smoke, and a casino was the last place he could do it, and goddamit, he would smoke here. I just got up and moved.
   Other times, men have been gentlemen and agreed to put it out. I had one male clown blow smoke in my face when I used my fan.
   But then, some women have been equally rude. A couple yelled at me that their smoke isn't harmful to my health, at worst it's an annoyance. (What planet have they been living on the last 30 years?) Etc.
   I can't wait til they ban the crap in the casinos entirely. I'll give it two or three years.
