I believe so. When Gold Coast had a special of an extra $1000 for a second
royal in the same 24 hours, I got a W2 when I hit it.

I got a $1000 coin bonus at Rampart on a 50 cent game
recently. The W-2 was only 2K. I was surprised. I am more
surprised to see this is not handled uniformly across the
industry.
