off, or partially off the topic of video poker. It is put in the
heading as a courtesy towards those members who don't care for off
topic posts. This enables those folks to quickly go on to a subject
that holds more interest for them.

definition, it COULD mean LV hookers, amongst many topics that are not VP related.
