Just wondered if anyone has had experience with Shem Collins at Expertravel? I received a good offer for a free celebrity Cruise, which apparently was sent out to Caesars seven*members (at least that's my best guess). There is no specific play requirement. Offer seems legitimate, from an independent tour person. Is it?
