Exercise while gambling

Park at the far end of the lot at top level making you walk further to and
from the casino. Staying on the 10th floor? Get off at 7, or if you can handle
it, walk the stair all the way to your floor. As a regular walker runner I
have had to figure out various way to get exercise while in the gambling cities.
Is the casino on two floors? Always take the stairs to the next floor.

Better yet, eliminate the use of the car. save loads of $$$ (don't lose it at VP or the tables). It is sometimes a shorter walk fromt he bus stop than fromt he parking lot, but iof you get in the habit of transit use you will find yourself walking more such as when you transfer to a bus for only 1km or so and decide to walk the latter.

At Tropicana in Atlantic City they used to have a bank of machines
with stationary bikes for seats. You can spin the bike as you spin
the reels there. Someone should confirm if they still have those as I
have not been there in a long time. If they do, then go gamble while
doing your cardio workout at Tropicana in Atlantic City rather than
visit the buffets in Las Vegas.
