I just checked mine and I also have $0 comp dollars. Still have my points tho.

I ahve hundreds of dollars in comps but the web page shows zero. This
is because they no longer show them and not because they are not
there.
Ask a host, they will tell you what you have.

I checked my account on line, and my comp dollars are still there.
They show me with $48. Back to the original question, they have
removed comp dollars for room offers in the past. I stayed at the
Edgewater on a super bowl weekend free deal almost 2 years ago, and
they cleaned out my comp account- and then some. Just before I left
for home after the game I checked at the booth, and the gal told me I
had a negative value in my account. I have just recovered from my
deficit spending, and I am now back in the black. The Edgewater is
the only place I have stayed that has done this to me.
