I might as well put in my two cents worth: Earn 2000 points get $15 stimulus, 2500 gets me $25, and 2750 gets me $50 -- OK, I'm not a high roller. I also have 3 free nights (3 times) plus $25 in dining credits.
Don't get too excited about the dining credits. The wife & I just got back from Laughlin and I had a $10 dining credit but when used at the Hickory Pit against the $14.95 special Surf & Turf it was valid only against the regular price of $23.95 (so I ordered something else). I assume that at the buffets the dining credit is valid only against the full price (not the with slot card discount price).
We did not do the breakfast buffets at either the Colorado Belle or Edgewater as our previous experience at both of these showed them to be the worst buffets we've ever had in Laughlin in over ten years.
On the other hand Harlow's at the Golden Nugget has a great deal from 6 to 8 am (Mondays thru Thursdays): Two eggs, two strips of bacon, two decent sized pancakes and two decent sized sausage patties for $1.99. However coffee is $2 and milk $2.49.
The two for one dinner buffet ($9.72 total) at the River Palms on Mondays through Thursdays is one of the best deals going. Unfortunately there's currently nothing playable there for me -- the place is really dead (perhaps dying).
