Everyone ordered out of the Chuckchansi casino

I have never heard of this, but about 500 gamblers were ordered out of the casino as a dispute caused the abrupt closure. No one was able to cash in chips, slot tickets could not be redeemed, cars were stuck in valet and no one was able to get their luggage out of the hotel.

I wonder if Stations casinos is still planing to help the other Indian group with their Casino by Madera. We need something else in the area.

The construction of the North Fork Rancheria Casino is stalled due to legal issues according to the 500 Nations website. It also still says Station Casinos has an agreement to manage the casino.

The proposed casino near Madera is stalled pending the outcome of Proposition 48 here in California. Table Mountain Casino and Chuckchasi were able to get enough signitures to put the casino’s future on the ballot. Both casinos have also but up millions for advertising. Having a casino next to Hwy 99 in Madera would have a huge impact on Table Mountain and Chuckchansi Gold.

It looks like Chuckchansi has bigger problems now. The casino and hotel are still closed today.
