ENGLISH, PLEASE! Is anyone else having a problem deciphering the codes
below?

So we find the true answer is Steve Forbes' Flat Tax since there is
no real answer in any gambler's tax reporting nightmare. Best advice
is to consult an advisor of choice and "Stick to yer story when they

day for free penn and teller tickets for blood donation o positive only is

CF, loosen up!Odd thing is Bill Safire likes my stuff, along with
Shelby Foote, Ann Landers, Abby (her sister) Van Buren, Heloise,
Charlie Rose, T.R. Fehrenbach, Dan Cook (aint over till fat lady
sings) Marilyn Vos Savant and a few others who've lived by the
understood written word. Perhaps, da... dah.. it's you? This did seem
to be fairly pointed except the .. sorta. Do you follow any news of
recent? I'll footnote if necessary for clarity but usually rely on
the human brain's ability to decipher Jappanese Naval Codes and the
like. Do you appreciate compound sentences? A real neat trick is to
mentally place a punctuation between the smaller phrases and
fragments the faster writing style allows. If your brain can take it
you can even capitalize and add any connectives necessary to simplify
comprehension. Are we both there yet? CD

Well, the placement of punctuation is Very Important. It can make
the same exact sentance say 2 Completely Different Things! For
example:

A) Woman, without her man, is nothing.

or

B) Woman, without her, man is nothing.
