Of course the big new was happening at CB & EW. But I noted a few other
things too.
Pioneer- the Sassy Sue's $1-8 coin bartops were ripe. Too rich for me.
These are unique 9/6 Jacks that have meters on the royal, SF and any quad. My
snapshot was:
Royal- $7,694
SF- $834
Quad- $201.50 for 8 coins.
5 coin equivalent
Royal- $4,809
SF- $521
Quad- $126 for ER of 100.64%
The royal was hit the next morning and reset to $5,850. There are back-up
meters ticking away too, bottom end is they reset at 5-coin levels for royal and
SF. A pretty unique set-up that gets alot of short coin action to help the
meters, since bartenders comp $-1 coin play.
Same morning a $5 bartop royal was hit too for the $20k. First time I
remember hearing this announcement at the Pioneer.

I saw .50, $1, $5 WHA 9/5 in the RP high limit room on four Game Kings. I
thought Bonus 8/5 was the best in there?
Winners Wharf- still 7 FPDW to play. I guess it is the last on the river.
For 10/7 DB in quarters counted two slant-tops and two uprights in single games.
Golden Nugget is doing a double point deal for everyone. They snuck in a
weekday late night VP tourney too...midnight to 6am. $450 total bucks ($250,
$150, $50). Looks like you can play anytime on the two machines back by the Reef
Bar cocktailer service area. It is only 5 minutes long and only 30 showed-up
the one night I saw the results. Also 100 coin COD on Fridays.
Aquarius and EW poker rooms are gone.
New signage at RE talking up quad sevens pays triple on Jacks and Bonus games.
New electronic marquee for the LVCVA Visitor's Center. Don't rear end anyone
reading it.
