Another idea is to sign-up for the "no email"
option and read the messages on the vpFREE website in
expanded format. You will see 30 messages all on one
page similar to the digest. The advantage of this is
that you will not receive any group emails in your
inbox.
To sign-up for the "no email" option:
Go to the vpFREE home page.

Sign into Yahoo if you aren't already.
Click on "Edit My Membership" in the upper right corner.
Choose "No email".
Click on "Save Changes".
To read messages on the web in expanded format:
Go to the vpFREE home page.
