Can't use the ticket, but you're email made me laugh as I am fond of telling
people that as I get older, I have noticed that frequently now when I have
good news and bad news, they are often the same news. As in your post, the good
news is I sold my Toronto apartment, the bad news is I sold my Toronto
apartment......
