Stopped at Ellis Island today to collect my scheduled free slot play. Got an invalid PIN message three times and my account was locked. A trip to the booth got me a trespass "forever". Not sure what I did wrong, besides being a loyal Elite Inner Circle member for the last several years. I used to play $5 Jacks or Better but since they were removed have switched to $1 NSUD Five Play. I did not participate in the 10X points torching earlier this month. I'm guessing Karen Dorsey and Jerry had to do something noticeable for Gary Ellis to justify their jobs after this screwup.
