Ellis Island recently changed the 9/6 jacks-or-better
machines from a maximum of 5x (.5%) to 3x (.3%)
points. As noted in the database, they have three such
machines in 25c through $5. Maybe $5 9/6 JOB with .5%
cashback plus additional bounceback was too strong for
Ellis Island.
