The back of the coupon says "Valid on menu Items Only"

It is not valid for the steak special.

What is the steak special at Ellis Island? I'm staying at Bally's in
December and can take the short walk over there for a steak dinner and
one or two of those delicious home brewed Amber Ales.
I used two last week at the same time. NP. I just had to show a Players Card. Maybe it depends on your waitperson?
